This executable was written for a customer who wanted to log the 
display of a 2000 to a file. It contains error checking for RS232. 
The output file is named XXXITR.TXT and is created/appended to the same
sub-directory that the 2000RS.EXE is in. 

If you include a value after the 2000RS, this is the
delay between runs. There are 18.2 ticks per second, so
I multiply your delay by 18.2 to get a delay in seconds.

2000RS.EXE .25 

will give ~four readings per second.
