Flexible – QT lnsite software is usable with the Vitrek V7X and 95X Series Hipot testers as well as the 98X IR Tester/Teraohmmeters. QT lnsite enables you to automatically initiate tests, collect and store the results data. It can track test results by part number, show changes in performance by lot number.
Accurate: For complex test protocols and faster throughput, pair the lnsite software with a Vitrek Hipot tester and 964i High Voltage Switching Systems.The 964i can execute reconnects faster (.025/second) and more accurately than humanly possible.
Easy-to-Use: QT lnsite can enable a barcode scan to recall the ready-to-run test sequence of a specific DUT. Multiple DUT numbers can be linked to a given
test sequence. The software can also display detailed instructions and images to the operator ans so reduce training time.
Detailed Analytics – QT lnsite records the results of every test. With the software’s filtering functions individual tests can be recalled for auditing purposes.
Results of recalled tests can be saved as PDF or CSV and reviewed as if the test was just performed.
Fast and Simple: QT lnsite provides a clean and intuitive means for creating or modifying up to 999 electrical safety test sequences including AC and/or DC voltage withstand, insulation resistance, ground bond testing.
Uses Standard Hardware: Users, system configurations and/or test sequences can be programmed in remotely without specialized hardware.

- One (or more) GPIB interface adaptors installed with the latest available drivers from the adaptor manufacturer for the computer OS and OS architecture. Only adapters from National Instruments are supported.
- One (or more) Windows compatible RS232 communications port(s) with 9600, 19200, 57600 and/or 115200 baud rate capability and hardware handshaking capability with DTR/DSR and CTS/RTS. A USB-RS232 bridge is allowed as well as long as it supports DSR/DTR and CTS/RTS.

Test Result Reporting
QT Insite produces formatted reports that can be printed or saved to PDF files. There are four report detail levels and two charting options, click on the links below to download the example. The examples are to illustrate the report contents and are not necessarily actual test results. The system allows for a user banner image to be selected for all reports, and/or a banner image selected for each sequence.
