Accounts Payable Administrator

Location: Lockport, IL 60490
Schedule: Full Time; Onsite

Job Summary: Vitrek is looking for a results-driven Accounts Payable Administrator to accurately process payable invoices for payment on a timely basis, and will provide consistent and precise coding for accuracy of financial records.

What You’ll Do:

·         Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
·         Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording entries.
·         Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, verifying W9, scheduling and preparing checks, and resolving purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
·         Ensures credit is received for outstanding memos.
·         Three-way PO match.
·         Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances, preparing checks.
·         Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
·         Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
·         Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Analog Electrical Engineer

Vitrek plays a critical role in high profile projects with global impact. At Vitrek, your input will have an impact on product development. • Analog circuit design including component selection, SPICE simulation, schematic/layout/BOM and debugging
• Circuit Performance testing, focusing on noise performance and stability

Job Summary: Vitrek is looking for a results-driven Western and Eastern region sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Your detailed knowledge of our Test & Measurement equipment product line and the applications they fulfill, will guide you to provide complete and appropriate solutions for our customers.

What You’ll Do:

·         Demonstrate, promote and sell products/services using strong product and application knowledge to existing and prospective customers.
·         Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
·         Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
·         Develop targeted list of prospects based on industries and prior customer success.
·         Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
·         Work with existing sales distributors/reps in the territory to increase “share of mind” and overall sales levels.
·         Achieve agreed upon sales targets for bonuses and commission above base salary.
·         Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
·         Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
·         Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
·         Succeed in our relationship driven industry by providing consultation and problem-solving value to our customers.
·         Will be responsible for achieving set goals for Revenue, Margin and Backlog.

What You’ll Need:
