The Equipment
Vitrek’s 95X Series can be utilized for a variety of cable and connector testing requirements. The customization capability of the 95X enables exact testing parameters for any industry to successfully test cables and connectors. Each 964i unit can use up to 8 cards and can be combined with other 964i units to dramatically increase testing capabilities. Each 95x hipot can test up to 6kV/200ma or 30kV/10ma AC, and 6.5kV/50mA or 15kV/10ma DC. Unlike Vitrek’s competitors, each contact can be individually controlled during the testing process. Additional features include:
- Universal connection and configuration capabilities
- 1sec/point voltage withstand test
- 100 ms/point continuity test
- Switch up to 15kV, 70 amp
- 256 points per chassis, with the ability to combine up to 16 chassis
